I was just wondering, are the post times shown in the forum in UTC? Or is it the time of the time zone where the server is located?

In your account preferences you can choose the time zone to show the date and time for your area

Yes it's shown according to your time. For example for me you posted this thread at 1:07 PM.

Apparently I asked an embarrassing question when I asked it.
I immediately reviewed the time zone.
But even before the correction, it still showed the time zone of my region, but when I saved it, the displayed time changed.
I'm glad I solved the problem because it has always been a mystery to me what time it was.
