Apologies if I missed something or in the wrong place but here is my question:
Since Favorites Tab in MD has the list is it possible to macro display the tab outside MD and launch a favorite? Or maybe the Quick Run Tab?

You can create a homescreen shortcut for any macro you want and invoke the macro by pressing it or you could use MacroDroid sidebar to invoke macros. I can't get what exactly do you want?
