Google dialer and Odialer by ColorOS do not have this feature.

Why this macro -
You are on a call on Speakerphone.
You swipe down to access the Notification panel or pull the phone to your ear.
Proximity sensor activates.
This turns off screen.
You turn the screen on again.
Boom - The speakerphone goes off when it is expected to stay on.
You have to open the ongoing call app to turn it on again.

Solution -
Use this macro. This will disable the effect of the proximity sensor on your phone app.
Use the power button to turn off the screen.
You will need to give Macrodroid access to the respective permissions.
It does not require root access.
Turn off the "power button disconnect calls" feature in dialer settings.

It is a simple solution but effective.

Configure your macro as per screenshot.

Thanks!!
Ravi.
