Current climate in variable

I see that it is possible to check the weather and that an action is triggered depending on the temperature, but how can I save the current temperature in a variable?

First add the Weather trigger, followed by the Set Variable action - select (or create) a string (not integer) variable, select Expression, select the square blue ... options menu icon, and then select Temperature (Celsius) or Temperature (Fahrenheit).

As Pseudocyclic told you, you first have to define a 'Weather trigger' and then you'll get various options to store weather conditions. I use it and it works fine.
