Creating Quick Tiles

Hello,

I was using an app called Quick Settings that did what I needed it to do, but I liked the customization Macdroid brought so I am trying to setup quicktiles using this app.

I am having two issues. When I click the tile I created to open Settings app for example, I briefly see Macdroid app I believe load then it switches to the settings app. Is there a way to prevent that?

The other issue is I would like to just tap the tile and have it automatically load the app, instead of me having to hold the tile with finger for a second then let go.

Any help would be appreciated!

MacroDroid doesn't have a long press tile ability. If you long press on MacroDroid tile it will settings page about MacroDroid which is what Android does by default. Hope you aware of that.

Maybe I set it up wrong?

Maybe I set it up wrong? When I tap the tile it does nothing. When I long press the tile it will then open the app.

It looks like it's redirecting to the all though. I see something else flash in the screen first then it goes to Settings app.

I see where's problem. Your trigger in your macro is not right. You need to use quick settings tile trigger like this. Look. I just open VLC instead of settings.

Is there a way to stop it from redirecting? It seems to constantly open Macdroid then opens.

Currently everytime I click the YouTube app it's opening app info page for Macdroid

This is what I have

Reditecting. Seems weird. It should just open YouTube. Maybe it interfieres with some of your other macros. You can use MacroDroid system log to see what macro is causing actions to happen.

Hmm, I am now having it open app correctly, but it doesn't appears until I swipe away the notification tray. When I pull down notifications tray to view quick tiles, I click my app shortcut. Nothing happens on screen. I swipe away notifications tray and then I see the YouTube app.

Is it recommended to have collapse all option selected? I figured it wouldn't need that as it should just open app.
