Call Silencer macro I made is not working properly, can someone help!

I made this macro to silence unknown numbers, but for some reason it's silencing video calls from meet and both type of calls from WhatsApp, these are known numbers in both apps, that are getting silent, also I've attached a 15 second delay after which it should go back to normal mode from silent mode, but that doesn't happen!
Anyway to fix these issues?

You could try "in reverse," that is, keep the ringer volume at 0 and loop a short audio file (via media channel or alarm clock) when calls come in from numbers in the phonebook. To be checked if it works with meet and whatsapp.

@Qarboz is right as you normally cannot change ringer volume when a call is incoming: it's too late.

Thanks, but there is one issue if I keep my ringer value 0 it'll also silent my notification, which I don't want!
I wish the dev fix this this issue!

Unless you have a special device/OS, ringer volume and notification volume are not the same and are set separately.
