Call screening

Hello,
It will ne wonderfull if it was possible to use the call screening fonction in ordre to be able to block some calls in specifics situations.
To do that, macrodroid should be able to be the default call number and spam displayer (see attachment).IMG_20211218_165459.jpg

After that the user should be able to choose to block or allow group of contacts, contacts, phone number or variable...
And the top of the functionality would to be able to block from specifi SIM card in case of dual SIM device.

Thanks for your attention

For the time being. You can use call reject action. On the MacroDroid store I've made a call and SMS identifier.

I have already tried the way that you mention but unfortunately, when there is and incoming call, my device have the time to ring one time before the macro rejects the call. So it disturb me and I want to avoid this situation.
Do you think there is an other way to do that or do you think the call screening feature will be developed one day?
Tanks again

Just so you know. I am not the developer of MacroDroid. Jamie is, he is @MacroDroidDev.

I would like to see this feature. I can't think of another way round the disturbance issue unless you mute sound for all calls in settings and make a macro to ring on specific calls, like a custom do bot disturb mode. Or use the built in do not disturb mode and get MacroDroid to ring the phone only for your specific calls

To prevent your phone from ringing for a short while you could try an alternative solution.
1⁰- Set your general ringtone to "None" or "Discreet" (according to your device brand/model)
2⁰ - When your macro detects an authorized incoming call, enter a loop playing a particular ringtone including a short wait action, untill 'Call outgoing'.

I have it set up to reject calls and while it interrupts my music it doesn't have time to ring, because I have my ringtone set up to ramp up in volume. Perhaps you could try that?
