macrdroid has a bug in the "configuration blocks" configuration, I've been facing this problem for months: every time I change the icon, it deactivates all active blocks and clears the titles that each one already had.

I thought this would be from the beta version, but I uninstalled and reinstalled (without the beta) and it was the same thing.

smartphone: Galaxy A10s (2GB RAM)
OS: Android 11

I'm not getting this issue. Please report the bug using the report bug button in the troubleshooting section of the app.

I did, and recorded my smartphone screen to demonstrate the problem, but I can't send videos using the report error button, so how could I send the video?

I don't seem to have any bug report from you for this issue. Could you please send one. It may seem pointless but it sends me an id I can lookup in my crash logs and other diagnostics that might be useful.

I have also never seen this problem, but I note that you are on a fairly low end device with limited memory so perhaps there is an out of memory crash or something that is causing this.

I already reported the error in the option within macrodoid as you asked, I don't understand why you can't find it, I did it a few days before sending this link with video.

and yes, my cell phone has 2GB of RAM but it works perfectly well, it only stopped working in the last two updates that had the option of action with js, and I thought it was just in beta, so I went out and installed to normal, but nothing changed, and even using The action button to change the icon doesn't work either.

I made the report through the application in the same week that this answer was made, and I don't understand how it didn't appear for you and I also don't understand how the updates I install don't magically solve it in the same way this bug appeared. Furthermore, I remember that the option to report a bug is not so clear, you can't choose "others" and write which function has problems, you have to choose some pre-selected ones, but I did it.

And yes, the video isn't working, but it's literally me choosing any icon and it closing abruptly, returning to the previous screen with all the keys deactivated.

Oh. This issue. I remember it, Jamie managed to solve it for me after 1 year.
What you should do is select the icon quickly, or before writing anything select the icon. If it doesn't work the first time then try again until it works.
You can try fixing it but not even reinstall fixed it for me.
