It has probably to deal with your device settings, not MD.

Use this macro to find the corresponding setting. You just have to disable/enable the vibration in your settings. If nothing comes, that means no such setting exists in these settings tables.

I found, the problem comes from Macrodroid. Macrodroid does not change the settings, I managed to find using another app called "settings database editor" by Netvor. The name of the setting is "haptic feedback enabled"

You're right, it's the right parameter but you can edit it with MD too and it works fine. What MD version are you using?

My macrodroid version is 5.31.7.
I succeeded in my goal, macrodroid did not make the modification because it had to deactivate "use the helper application" now it works perfectly when I change the silent mode
