I've been playing around with the different AutoVoice triggers and actions, sadly the continuous mode is not really use-able for me with all it's beeps and having to mute certain audio streams 
but i found that the "AutoVoice Recognize" action works really well for me!
I used this AutoVoice action to make a very basic personal assistant with some random example actions to show that it works, and how. This is not a macro that will do what you want right away, it will likely be quite a bit of work to add every possible action that you want it to be able to execute, and it might get overwhelming very fast, so maybe this one is only for the macrodroid enthousiasts!
I used on/off button as a trigger in the macro that i shared because i thought it would be easier for most people, but i personally prefer the proximity sensor trigger
Ofcourse you could also use a widget button, shortcut, (long) volume button press etc..
I was only able to test this in dutch and some limited english, so i am not sure how well it will perform using different languages.. please let me know if it does not work as expected!
Oh, for those who don't know; AutoVoice is a paid plugin, if you don't want to pay for it you can use a free trial for 7 days or renew every 24 hours by watching an advertisement. (even if you do none of these things you can still use the plugin but the commands will be limited to 4 characters maximum!)
