Application aid with missing notifications

Hi,

f-droid applications won't notify me with sound or toast messages, because of Xiaomi device - I only get vibration.

Is there any way Macrodroid can help?
Even if I could change the vibration type it would mean a lot.

There is a setting in App info -> Notifications to allow sound called 'Allow playing sound'. Is the problem here ?

Then you can use notification received trigger and play sound.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough. It doesn't play sounds NOR show any text notification in the drop down notification window on top of the phone's screen. It only vibrates.

Can you share a screenshot of this ? I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what's going on exactly.

Maybe you have to make it a high priority notification, else it won't drop down.

MIUI 11 In MIUI 11, some notification settings are disabled by default for Threema, and, unfortunately, there’s no way for the app to enable them…
