If my memory isn't playing tricks on me, I tried to do this years ago but, for my surprise, disabling vibration completely wasn't possible without rooting the phone, so I gave up. Things may have changed but I doubt that seeing the Android customization options worsening by every new OS generation.
You can disable the vibration when ringing but not completely as far as I know.
