An alternative to the OnePlus Slider on a non OP phone?

I have been using OnePlus phones with the slider switch ( that allows you to change the sound mode between normal, vibrate and silent) for several years now.
This was the one feature I missed the most when I switch to a non OP phone.

I tried various ready made apps and utils - but none of them provided a decent replacement.
Using Macrodroid I was able to program the Volume Keys so that when I Long Press Up it sets the sound to Normal and Long Press down it sets it to vibrate. They also change the Macrodroid icon to speaker/vibrate - and assuming you have Macrodroid notifications active, you will see the icon in the status bar and on the lock screen.
You also get a short blip when switching to normal mode and a longer one for Vibrate mode.

There are two versions - one works with the SoundProfile app (+ automation licence) and works with the standard Macrodroid Sound settings.

SoundProfile version - works better for me as the 100% Ringer volume is much louder

Macrodroid Sound settings - even at 100% ringer volume it is not as loud as with the SoundProfile

I should mention that both the above requires the ADB Hack - so that it works on the Lock screen too.
I did originally do it without the hack, but then the Long press only works if the phone is unlocked.
