Currently, you can use the alarm app notification as a trigger. For example, Google's Clock produces a notification.

Can we have alarm set and alarm change as trigger? so I can set a macro to fire when clock changes alarms

If the AutoAlarm plugin worked with MacroDroid, it would give users wider options for this kind of macros. I reported AutoAlarm issues years ago in the Tapatalk forum, but I guess Jamie didn't have time to solve why some Tasker plugins don't work with MacroDroid.

CalendarTask is another plugin that would be nice to use with MacroDroid, too.
