Advice on User interaction on Realme and Xiaomi

Hi, I need help if possible on this working macro.
I created this macro for myself and a friend.
We both have purchased macrodroid version 5.39.4 pro
On my Realme android 12, pressing the widget works perfectly.
On my friend's Xiaomi mi 9 lite miui 12.0.10 it only works until the requested app is opened (launching SDRTouch), then it doesn't perform the ui interaction.
All permissions have been given:
ui interaction (on)
Macrodroid (on)
Macrodroid Helper (on)
Ignore battery optimization (on)
Any suggestions on something I forgot?

My personal suggestion is to trash that phone!

You could try increasing delays before first UI Interaction. If their phone is slower then that might be it.

First of all, thanks for the replies.
But I didn't explain the problem well.
The macro also works well for my friend, but only if he uses the test the trigger function, while if he presses the relevant widget it freezes at the point I mentioned before.
Any other ideas?

Please get your friend to use report a bug in the troubleshooting section so it will send my some diagnostic logs so I can see if there are any clues in there.
