I agree, but only one selection can be done: either to include or exclude Contacts. Also, 2 Tiggers won't work, because all Triggers are OR'd.

From what I see, there is no 'SMS' selection available in the "Action" dialog. From what I see, the "SMS" selection is only available in the "Trigger" dialog.
