If you mean paste smilie into floating text action, then yes, that works. So hopefully i should be able to find suitable smilies for what i want.

Does anyone know how i can display an image? I want to create my own custom statusbar icon. Unable to get it working properly in tasker.

You might be able to create a toggle switch using a widget maker app. Or create a custom widget using macrodroid. And use Widget Button Modify to alter the color/icon when toggle it.

Did you know you can tap and hold the flight mode quick setting button to open the flight mode settings toggle screen?

Thanks for that :rolleyes:. Don't know why i didn't see those actions. Maybe as i almost always search, so i probably searched sound, audio, mute - which if you try, doesn't display any of the above actions, as they don't have the search words in their names!

I'm not sure why this doesn't work. Got "Use Helper App" ticked. I can set the values, but the actual ringer state is not changed. When i the change actual ringer state via quick setting, i can read that the value has changed.

What i would like to do is to send an intent/message to eg Clock app, to cancel all alarms that keep repeating forever. As occasionally i "drop everything" & i go to bed, without dismissing all recurring alarms from notification panel. This macro will run every day at eg 1 am. Is this possible...

Would running helper in an Android 5 (SDK 21) multi-emulator be helpful?

No problem when use Airplane Mode On/Off action (ie status bar icon updates correctly). There's no need to use System Setting as i can just use this! (y)
