I've just tried it and I can confirm that this macro shortcut will show up in Samsung's task switcher which is part of the OneHandOperations+ I've checked Modes and Routines app and this shortcut is not visible.

This Samsung's app has quite a few very cool features/actions that I would love to be able to trigger using Macrodroid. Right now, I can set up handles and then simulate the UI interaction with Macrodroid, but I'd prefer if I can use intents or something like that to directly call these actions...

I'd like to trigger Macrodroid macros from other apps. Currently I'm either using the shortcut method or the notification method, and it would be great if I could use app actions as well.

I've noticed that more and more apps have app actions. I don't know if it's complicated to add them, but they would be a great addition to macrodroid integration with other apps.

Thank you for your message @Endercraft ! Some apps don't have shortcuts as options, but only support direct opening of apps and app actions. That's why I'm asking for app actions :)

Thank you for this suggestion, completely forgot that I can control notifications, I disabled them completely and it still works. I've updated my initial post with the solution.

I've already set it up with notifications, but that's a poor implementation as it uses the notification and that triggers the notification sound and light.
