Trigger: Cell Tower Change

This trigger will be fire when you enter or exit an area based on the cell towers that can be detected by your device.
Configuration Options
- Enter Cell Area
It starts when you enter a group of antennas, use the + button to create a group.
- Leave Cell Area
It starts when leaving a group of antennas.
