The WhatsApp Send action can be used to send messages to individual contacts via WhatsApp.

Note that this feature uses fake UI Interactions to actually send the message therefore the screen must be on and unlocked and you must enable the MacroDroid UI Interaction accessibility service. It is not possible to send a WhatsApp message in any other way therefore it cannot be done when the device is locked/screen is off.
