This action will cause a delay before the subsequent action is run.

You can define a static value, or define it as an Integer variable (seconds, minutes).

Use alarm: Use this option if the trigger time is not accurate (and you need it) e.g. for high importance events it is recommended to use alarm.

On many devices the alarm option must be enabled to ensure the device will wake up at the correct time to resume running actions.
