When notification is received turn up volume unless x?

Hi there,

I have a macro setup to watch for application alerts, specifically an alert from my Wyze leak sensor. I want it to bypass Do Not Disturb in the event that it's at night and my phone is set to Do Not Disturb, as well as turn up my volume in the event my phone is just set to silent. But I do not want it to alert me audibly during certain times, for example if I'm at church, I would prefer a visual notice rather than audible "THERE'S A LEAK!!". In that case the phone will already be set to silent- I just don't want it to override that.

2 questions:

1. What would be the best way to override Do Not Disturb or would turning up the volume via macrodroid just disable DND?

2. How can I have it disable DND and/or turn up the volume EXCEPT during the time specified (but still send an obnoxious visual alert)?

I think I have this figured out bit won't be able to test it until Monday. I'll report back when I test it.
