just go to you contact list and create a contact group name "ViP contact"
select that group in tiggers settings
1. create Group name as ViP contact
2. add contact number on which you want to Ring you phone when you phone on silent or vibration mode
3. Tiggers >> call incoming >> configure >> select group >> ViP contact

when you phone is on silent
or vibration 
mode.
when you "ViP contact" group number will calling
phone will Ring with vibration for 30 sec
after that phone will put in silent or vibration mode automatically like on previous settings.
