It looks like MD is trying to create a cropped picture for 'Show macro details' but since it cannot be successfully done for such a big macro, MD does crash again. It is simply a version for the case.

Hello,

I've been using the Tasker addon AutoInput from AutoTools to perform multi-touch input in one of my scripts. However, after the latest update (I noticed a change log today), it seems like the addon is broken. It now takes several seconds before AutoInput gets activated, causing delays in my automation.

I’ve tried clearing the cache of both MacroDroid and AutoInput, as well as restarting my phone, but the issue persists. Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone have a workaround?

What version are you now using? AutoInput still seems to works for me (using Action command). Still using v5.49.3.

I completely uninstalled Macrodroid and reinstalled it from the Play Store, but it still didn’t work. I tested it on my second phone (Google Pixel 7a) to see if it’s functioning there, and it works perfectly with version 5.49.12. I have no idea why this issue is happening on my Samsung S23+.

However, I installed the 5.49.0 beta version, and it’s working again.

Maybe when I’m feeling motivated, I’ll try this on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9. Hopefully, the developer can identify the issue.
