When protecting access to disabling/enabling MacroDroid using a password, the switch is already flipped before the password is entered. As MD is not actually disabled at that time, I'd like to suggest that the switch stays in its current position until the password is entered :)

Same is true for the category passwords but idk how much of a hassle it is ._.

I gave this version a shot to get hotspot working and this is my connectivity helper log. It's been the same for v5.47.17 also. Only thing I see that I find weird is for the WiFi toggle, which actually works, the name of the macro is in parenthesis, but for some reason the hotspot toggle, which doesn't work, also happens to not have the name of the macro in parenthesis.

The new Block Screen Touches page greys out when you select Full Screen (includes status bar), but it also greys out the Background Color button. The Background Color button still functions, so I presume the Background Color getting greyed out is unintentional?

Edit: You can still tap the color button, as noted above, but setting it to anything does not function. Full-screen only performs a full transparent touch block.

Tried to report a bug from the app, which just waited indefinitely after submitting my email address. Bug is that trying to open one of my macros to edit or view it (force?) closes MD

Since exporting a macro file with errors also causes Macrodroid to restart, sending error reports results in an indefinite wait. I have just emailed the developers to report this issue. I seem to have identified the cause: using the slider value in the 'Dim Screen' action triggers the problem, while using an integer variable does not.

Thanks to everyone for trying out the release. I can see several crashes in my crash logs so hopefully fixing these should fix most of the problems being reported. I've been totally distracted by the Google Play rejection and fully focussing on that today so I will try and get a new v5.48 out tommorrow.

Actually I just found a few really easy fixes so I've built a new beta and uploaded v5.48.1. It might not fix everything but it should fix many problems people are experiencing.

I have a problem with Macrodroid backups.

When manually backing up MacroDroid crashes and no automatic backup to my device or cloud possible

When Floating Text is set to Force full screen, the option to involk a macro on click no longer seems to work

Acabei de perceber que meu MC ainda está na versão anterior. Preciso baixar todas as atualizações beta ou se eu baixar a mais recente, ela já terá todas as atualizações feitas até agora?

If you install the latest update, all the changes up to that update are in it.

Google were previously blocking my release due to some policy issue (there fault not mine). So I've only just got permission to release again. Once I get v5.47 through to production then v5.48 will start going into the beta release on the play store. Unfortunately the review cycle is extremely slow for me these days so it will still likely be a while before I get there.
