Turn on/off "hey Google"?

I can't seem to find the action to be able to turn on/off the ability to say "hey Google".

In order to turn off or on hey Google in the settings, it takes a few clicks to get to it.

I'd like to make a macro that would make it way easier to do so.

Basically I have two Androids, one that I use for work and one that I use for personal. I don't want the hey Google command on both Androids at once. But I have to go into the settings every single time I start work and end work, and turn off one and turn on the other. It's really a hassle.

I'd rather have a button or even map it to the fingerprint in order to turn it on or off.

How could I do that please?

Something you may want to try out (I don't use Google Assistant, so haven't tested this): set the Secure Setting called "assistant" to either blank, or the value that setting has when "Hey, Google" (Google Assistant) is active on your phone. In both cases you'd use the Device Settings > System Setting > Secure action, with a key of assistant.

As with any manipulation of an Android secure setting, you'll need to do the MacroDroid "ADB Hack" in order to access and modify.
