Speak ongoing notification text ONCE only

I'd like to limit "speak text" to speak an ongoing system notification 1 time only & not keep repeating it. But I see no way to limit the macro to speak the text 1 time only.

This is for a macro that speaks to me the type of charging that's going on when I plug in the charger. For example "super fast charging" or "slow charging". My macro works, but it just keeps repeating the notification text over and over (since it's a persistent ongoing notification) and I only want to hear it one time when I plug in the charger.

Doesn't prevent multiple triggers work ?

How about passing the notification text into a variable then speak the variable text.
