Record system sounds

In the record audio action, it would be good to be able to record system sounds. One creative example is, I could get the speak text action into an mp3 or other audio for sharing similar to these apps: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=br.com.escolhatecnologia.vozdonarrador

I'm sure there are other use cases

I would want to be able to record phone calls and also have a real time system audio transcription to be able to create captions
