When moving the macros to another device it is not carrying my quick launch tile settings, I would like to do this if possible

I just tested this and the quick tiles do seem to be imported to another device ok. It's not possible to automatically add these into your new device's notification panel area as this can only be done manually on that device (if that is what you mean).

My mistake. I'm referring to the purple Quick Run Macro tile.

I noticed the same issue with the Shortcutter app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.leedroid.shortcutter) not restoring QS Tiles after reinstalling and restoring from a backup and was going to open a ticket with them about it.

But no sense to do so if this an Android limitation?
