Percentage Function on "Action: Check Colour Pixel"

Hey all,

Wondered if anyone could help me use the percentage function on "Check colour pixel" action

I would like it to trigger a notification if an area on the map is highlighted in blue (pic 2) but as there are 134 possible areas using the x & y location for each 134 possible locations isnt feasible. Wondered if it could detect a percentage of matching colours

Any other options or apps to complete this are welcome
