Out going data log

How can I set up a macro to detect any data going out that I didn't trigger, as in if a malicious app is trying to send out information covertly, including location data personal data message and call data email data and data sent through social media or apps like textnow or anything else like it. I want to know what data is sent to where and when, and the option to allow it long enough to do something about it if it can be determined where and to whom it is sent and I want to be able to log this data and store it outside my device. I assume some malicious apps can send data in ways that do not display on the screen and are not otherwise logged and can even activate things like network and wifi without it being displayed seen or logged, so I want something to detect it and log it and what app is in question and what was sent at the time it happens and to where it was sent and the time it was sent and save the data via cloud or someplace not on device and later be able to block these attempts and maybe even report the app in question to someplace useful and something can be done about it.
How can I set up macro to do this?

You would be best to get NetGuard firewall from F droid to log all of this, use a browser that is compatible with Ublock Origin (Mull browser for example) as it blocks malicious websites and tracking. Consult r/fossdroid, r/degoogle and r/privacyguides on Reddit to get a collection of apps that are open source and are not malicious. . Use this to Debloat your device from dangerous system apps: https://github.com/0x192/universal-android-debloater. See Exodus privacy site for tracking apps and TrackerControl may help to block them.

Thank you this is very very informative. I think now I'm on my way to a safe and secure mobile.
This forum and the macro itself is amazing and much better equipped than desktop macros I used some years ago.
