Notification Button Bar Background Colours

Would it please be possible to add the ability to select any colour for the Notification Button Bar Background?

At the moment the Button Bar Icons have this ability, but the Background can only be White or Black.

No, I mean the "Button bar" :) See the screenshots below.

It's only possible to choose white or black for the background. But the Icons themselves have a full colour picker available.
