Nothing Phone 2a - wifi issue

I installed helper 1.14 via ADB with no problems and granted all permissions.
Anyway the wifi action doesn't work properly... the first time I try it shows a pop-up window asking if I want to consent helper to activate wifi.
After first time with pop up, the action simply doesn't work... On system register I can see that instruction has been sent to helper, but no turn on.
On the opposite turning off works correctly. I checked for hidden permission somewhere in Nothing UI, even between developer options, but couldn't find anything... Is there anybody facing same issue?

If you use ADB Shell [Tasker Plugin] to control Wi-Fi with adb, you will not get a confirmation dialog.

I checked ADB Shell (Tasker Plugin) but the answer is "Not available for your device since it has been created for an older Android version".
I'm on Nothing Phone (2a) running Android 14.
Any other idea?

I have S23+ on Android 14 and use LADB to run adb shell commands from MD. Using this I can turn on wifi in Airplane mode (which I need when activating wifi calling) that is not available using MD wifi on action.
