New user with simple application

I want to start an application, open the app drawer within the application and select backup. I've gone through and the application opens, the app drawer opens backup is selected but nothing beyond this happens. When I attempt to run the task again I get a prompt to configure the input and it just offers another "notification" so I can select another option.

I'm stumped and it's such a simple process about 6 keystrokes. All the variables about backup location and backup name are hard coded.

Any assistance appreciated.

It's best if you share a screenshot of the macro you have configured so we can see exactly what you have done so far. The most obvious thing that springs to mind is that you should add a wait before next between UI Interaction actions to ensure there is time for the UI to update after each interaction.
