Your ads are obtrusive. I get why you make them full screen, and unable to be skipped immediately. But you need to be more judicious in how often they show.
Showing a full screen ad every time a macro is being saved is really f~~~~ annoying when I'm trying to evaluate your app to see if it will work for me, especially since with any macro or automation system there is a learning curve.
I was able to get my first macro working almost exactly as I wanted, so I've purchased.
I think many users are turned off by the frequency of these ads. Perhaps a better approach would be to have one ad show after the first macro is saved, and then not show any more for some time (an hour, a few hours, once a day); get the user hooked so they have to purchase.
Maybe you've tried this and this has been the best way to get users to purchase. It worked on me, but I'm very familiar with automation frameworks like this (I use Keyboard Maestro on macOS, am moving to Wayland/espanso from Xorg/autokey on Linux, and I have experience with Any Hot Key on Windows, not to mention all the scripting).
I want to say I tried using MacroDroid a few years ago but for whatever reason it didn't work for me then. This time I got a macro working almost exactly as I want (there is a minor issue of not pasting into a text field MacroDroid can't detect as such), but the workaround is good enough for now.
