My (only) 2 macros stopped exucuting

I have 2 macros.
One updates my geo location to force my 'smart' thermostat to the away or home state.

The other one switches off my screen when it's flipped, flat on the table (with some margin) or in my pocket.

Without going into the macro content itself (we can if we have to), what could be the cause of this as both worked flawlessly until dunne time ago.

Running Android 12 on a Samsung Note 20 ultra.

I could be your operating system applying background restrictions on MacroDroid. Check dontkillmyapp.com for more information on how to solve this, if you haven't already.

Could be worth checking you haven't somehow accidentally toggled MacroDroid to 'off' at the top right of the home page of the app.

Hi, thanks for the suggestions but the macros are executing, as the log shows, as expected. But without any effect! And macrodroid runs unrestricted.

Pretty baffled by this!

What does your macros look like ? It seems more like an inside macro problem.

Like I said, they worked fine for months but suddenly stopped. Let me see if I can attach them here.

Has your smartphone received OTA updates lately? Try to remove and re-authorize Macrodroid in the Android settings

Removed all permissions and cache from macrodroid and helper, booted, set everything back.

Works again!
