Media volume change doesn't work

I wanted to create a macro which reduces my media volume to zero when I open certain apps

But when I tried it, it didn't work. So, I checked if all the required permissions were given and they were. When I press the "test action" the media volume becomes zero but not when I open any of the apps moreover when I open these apps the floating text appears but the media volume doesn't change.

This only happens with media volume and not with any other kind of volume (ringtone/notification/alarm etc).

I posted about this on r/macrodroid but there a guy executed my macro and it worked on his device so I thought perhaps it is a problem with my device.

I use IQOO 7 ( a vivo sub brand ) that runs Funtouch OS 14 with Android 14

Method 3 lowers the media volume by one each time i execute it, rest don't work.
0th method works for notification and ringer but not for media.
I feel like I should just let it go, it is probably a device issue.

For me all the methods work except method 2, did you give ADB rights?
Maybe another user will have another idea!
