If I understand correctly, you are receiving a mail notification. This notification (maybe) contains a phone number. You want to get that phone number and send a message to that number using WhatsApp.
I double checked the macro yesterday, and it works but I need to remove the (trimmed) what i dont need that it pickes up from the notification. But I dont see any difference. I just want it to pick up the phone number +316 and not everything els like booking time and date. Can u help me with that jacob?

That is correct. Right now it works 100% but it picks up everything jacob has set. like booking date and booking time and emplyee name and tries to make a phone number by all those information. So i want to simplify it by removing all those information extract and only extract the phone number. Thats all then it works. I thought it was a good idea by extracting all those information but it makes it massier. SO the macro works but all those information that is extracted needs to be removed and only the phone number in that notifcation needs to stay that is extracted.
That first image says, This number with all the information (what i said in this message) is not a Dutch land number. (ofcourse) because whatsapp thinks everthing extracted (time, date, name) is a number and thats why. > I know the macro works, but those elements are stopping the whatsapp part (the number and send to whatsapp.)
Can u downoad the Macro, and remove the extra's what jacob added like time date name, that only the phone number is extracted? @Jacob L @Endercraft

What does a phone number typically look like? I need to know what characteristics are always the same (for example the first 3 numbers).

@Endercraft It did not work, it said, contacting and then no chatlink. This is different then the last macro Jacob made. I nhave never seen this messages. I did not even go to whatssapp, the macro what jacob made goes to whatsapp and put the extract in the in whatsapp trying to open the phone whatsapp chat and then fails because of the number that are letters. I am using aquamail.

I dont know why but this macro does not even get to whatsapp. Can u check the macro of Jacob, the last one and this one because right now I am gettting data message and this is new i have not seen this before. Next to that, 2 messages pops up that says, contacting and invalid chatlink.
Maybe it is handyier that u edit the macro of @Jacob L because that macro works, but he extracts to much from the notification thats why whatsapp cant make a new message because its extracting more then a phone number its extracting time and date and employee name and more instead of only the phone number. If you edit the macro of jacob and remove those extra extractions the macro should work in a instand because the build up to whatsapp trying to open a message with the information of the notification works so the road to the whatsapp message works but there are to much extractions on it to whatsapp reconizing it as a number because jacob put those extra extractions in the macro. Maybe you can see in the macro of Jacob why its working there that whatsapp is opening and trying to make a phone number.

When the macro runs a dialog (window) should appear on your screen with text (it's not supposed to actually work).

The reason is there is no space.

This works!! it also send the message if i type a message in the end part <3 , now the golden question. Can u still put the booking information that is in notification as a whatsapp message and send it. Its the booking details, is that possible? But macro works 100% as of this moment.
Jacob has summed up and axstracted the code for this. But it needs to be at the end of the process, so after whatsapp has opend the chat with the number what it is doing right now, then the details of the booking is automaticly put in the chat section and send to the customer?

These things, are extracted by jacob (check image). But this needs to be in the whatsapp message and then send. Not extract like the macro he made the last time did, what resulted that whatsapp saw it as a whatsapp number 316.
So this information needs to be in the whatsapp message. This way the customer that has booked sees his booking information in the whatsapp chat that looks like.
