Is it possible to somehow detect when a tab is fully loaded in Chrome?

I want to make a macro that vibrates my phone when a tab gets fully loaded if my phone is set down or facing away from me. I already know how to make it vibrate under those conditions, but how would I go about triggering the macro when the tabs are loaded?

I don't think that is possible I'm afraid as there is no way to arbitrarily hook into a browser and monitor the state like this.

I'll try this out. If it doesn't work I'll probably just scrap the whole idea, haha.
