i wont use georefence to use as city guide packages

if the geofence worked as it should, I would have very interesting things in mind, for example I would like to package a series of macros capable, based on a series of programmed paths and suitably guided by a navigator, to trigger, once arrived in certain places, to transmit automatically a comment on the comments relating to the place and to start some multimedia files such as guides and other things that I have in mind and that I am studying, but I have to understand if macrodoid is reliable in this?
I who, as I pointed out in the previous post, can't get this georefence feature to work, which is frankly turning off my enthusiasm.
