I have just tried by using Open Website action and it works successfully!
Thank you for the suggestion.
Finally it is solved.
I don't know why it don't by using Http put method, it is quite strange...

Maybe port 443 is used even though this is HTTP.
If you solved it and the open website action isn't getting in the way then you can stay with that.
