Floating text in status bar

This is not possible because it is not an area that can normally be displayed.
Is there any way to hide the status bar? You can see in the video that when auto-hide is on, the floating text stays in place.
Sorry for poor english. I use translator

There is a setting to turn off the status bar, but it may not be applied.

Actions > Immersive Mode > Full Immersive Mode

I have not been able to move floating text to the status bar area from what I have tried, I think the behavior varies by OS version and manufacturer.

This mode in Macrodroid requires root. The program I used to run the test works without root permissions. The device I am using has Android 10.

No root is required if you do ADB Hack.

When tested on an Android 10 device, it was not possible to move to the status bar area.

The device I have is very limited in terms of modifications. There is no way to connect it to a computer to do ADB. I thought that if an application can hide the toolbar without root or ADB, then Macrodroid can do it too

I'm pretty sure an app can hide the status bar only if it's in foreground (so when the app is open).

Even with Fullscreen Immersive, it was impossible on my device, I think it is completely model dependent.
If you can achieve it yourself using this app, you don't need to use MacroDroid, do you?

I can but it's more complicated. I just wanted to use Macrodroid or some plugin for it

Sorry, I don't know about special devices.
In general, an app needs permission to do something. In some cases, ADB is required for this grant, and if that is not possible, you may have to give up.

I mean that if some application from the google store can do it without ADB, it's strange to me that Macrodroid can't do it.

No, no, no, it is not like that, this app also asks you to use ADB to use ULTRA features, I think because MacroDroid is not an application specialized for full screen display, it does not show a dialog to ask for permission.

If you are not convinced, I think it would be faster to email support and ask the developer directly.

I wonder if it would be possible with an overlay of some sort...

For various reasons, Google's specifications change, so it is deprecated or discontinued and replaced by another instruction.
In the video, it is indeed possible to move floating text into the status bar area, but I don't know if this complies with the spec or if it is a special trick, but it was not possible on the model I tried.

But I don't use the ULTRA option
