Fail to receive email through macro

Hi everyone. I try to send an email to my gmail account but it is never received although log registers "Send Email". Email address and password are correct. Any ideas would be most helpful. Thanks in andavce.

I'm having trouble with a macro designed to trigger Gmail to send an email. (The action works fine with SMS.) I'm able to run the same gmail action just fine on another phone (Android 9). I did note that no permissions have been granted in the user's Gmail account, but don't remember ever seeing...

Please don't use the option to configure email and password as this will fail if you have 2FA enabled and you surely should have. Instead you should use standard OAUTH and when MacroDroid tries to send an email the first time you should see a notification displayed from Google to grant MacroDroid access to send emails.

so what to do if google does not send this notification?

One thing I should also point out is that if you are using a stolen pirate version of the app then sending emails won't work because it relies on the app being signed with the correct key. I'm not saying that's the case here but I get some users who do this and then complain about it.

I had been locked out of my Gmail account without been noticed. I created a new password and all worked fine. Thanking everyone for your concern!
