Hi

using android 15 on galaxy s25 ultra. I crated a macro that dim screen 40 % when screen on. Very simple. And it seemed to work for a while but now i get the error "dim screen action failed require permission".

i would have assumed that since macrodroid give me this error it would lead me to enable whats missing but it dont.

So where can i give this permission needed ?

How to set all permissions possible for MD to work ?

thanks

MacroDroid requires the permission "Change system settings" to change screen brightness. And maybe a permission granted via adb. Maybe dim screen requires same permissions?
Does it show in Troubleshooting > Issues Identified? (Home screen > 3-bar menu)

How to set all permissions possible for MD to work?
I'm working on a "master list" of all permissions that MacroDroid needs/uses.
The main places to set/see them are:
• Settings (app)
  MacroDroid > App info
  Accessibility .. Installed apps
• ADB permissions
• Helpers

This is a bug and has been fixed in the latest version of MacroDroid.
