Change device's simulated color space?

I would like a way to automatically force my Samsung S21+ to switch to/from Monochrome based on the time of day. As far as I can tell, none of the available setting keys available to me through Macrodroid can achieve this functionality.

Is it possible? If so, what do I need to do to achieve this control?
