Explaining:
Basically if you make a file then search for it say "TestFile" you can't find it, you have to look around where you put the TestFile then rename it/move it then cancel. Doing this makes it searchable for some reason
Reproducing the bug:
Write to a file the search for it
Then rename it when you locate the file the research for the testfile and it'll be there
(Also applies to apps they don't read it until renamed)
