Can we make MacroDroid like a program?

Can we make MacroDroid like a program? (Floating Text+Dialogue+Floating Button=Program: so it doesn't slide, it doesn't move) just like the real program. I think this is the most important feature. I hope I was able to explain.

Do you want the option to make windows like on a pc? With text and buttons which cannot be moved independently from eachother? I think the Option Dialog already fills that role.
