Bluetooth problem

I want to convert my Bluetooth status. It seems to work but my phone need allows manual activation (when the screen is on ). I need it to work when the screen is off.
Description as shown below
( Cho phép = allow, từ chối = refuse,
just click on "Cho phép" it will convert successfully
if time runs out without permission it will refuse
)
My phone is realme Q3 pro, android 12 and I have granted all permissions to the app.
Can anyone help me?

App settings > Macrodroid > Other permissions > change Bluetooth connectivity > Always allow.

I don't know what your device is so maybe search for your Bluetooth setting on Google. If that doesn't work, enable every permission you can find. That will probably work.

I have given all permissions to the app but it still shows that panel

I'm almost sure someone had the same problem and the only solution was to use UI interaction.
UI Interaction > click > text > CHO PHÉP (match)

This is a Realme OS generated popup and I don't think it can be turned off. Complain to Realme as Google has relaxed aspects of Bluetooth operation from Android 11. It now keeps Bluetooth on when airplane mode is turned on.
I had a Huawei phone that would show a similar window whenever MD turned on or off Bluetooth.
I tried the UI method to click on OK, but didn't like seeing the popup.
I found that using UI to click on the Bluetooth status bar switched Bluetooth on and off, without the popup.
This obviously only works with the screen on.
When the screen is off, the macro turns the screen on and on the Huawei could activate the status bar on locked screen setting. Then click on the Bluetooth status bar icons and turn off the status bar on locked screen setting before turning off the screen. The complete sequence takes less than a second.
The status bar on locked screen setting may not be present on your phone, or it's called something different. If it is available from the phone settings, then look for a setting in MD System settings.

I don't know about RealMe devices but Xiaomi devices do have a setting somewhere like apps -> permission -> other permissions - MacorDroid where you can change the option for bluetooth to not prompt. Huawei devices do not have a way to disable it.

If you don't see any equivalent setting for your Realme it's possible you might find something in your developer settings. (Google how to enable these settings if you don't already know how)
