battery charge limit ?

hello is it possible (android 12) to stop charging at 80% to protect battery and start charging again if we leave the phone plugged-in at 70% ?

There is some Apps in the play store but they need root.

i tried without luck

My phone just upgraded to android 12 and noticed the new feature to limit the battery charge to 85% to protect battery. Can this be controlled by macrodroid? I'd like to keep the max charge to 100% for daily charging purposes but limit it to 85% when in the car and phone connected to Android...

But MD can send u a notification @80% so you disconnect your phone from charging.

You need some kind of smartswitch

I'm using Sharptools Plug-in and a smartplug to cut the power at 90%, it can be modified easily to turn it on again at any point

i know about notification . but it will be good many times we need the phone connected for more than Charge
