I would like to create an auto responder. When calls arrive from certain numbers, the MP3 file is sent for the caller to listen to. The macro is ready but the ability to send the audio stream to the caller is missing.
To be honest, to be perfect it would also take the possibility of muting the microphone

I still don't get it. You intend sending the audio file via which messenger? Since the idea is for d caller to hear d mp3 message... Why not just auto answer d call then play the mp3 file.
Is there any special reason for wanting to send the mp3 rather than playing it to ur caller?

I think @Qarboz meant that he wanted to play the audio file to the caller by making it use the canal where your voice normally comes in so basically like replacing the microphone by a sound file.
